For those attending CJCP MUN,  please remember to read the policies listed below!

Where should delegates submit their position paper? 

All delegates will be required to submit their position paper (pdf version), to their respective Chairs by December 4th at 11:59 pm EST. Emails can be found in the About Us section. 

How is payment completed?

Within 3-5 business days of receiving your registration, you should receive an invoice from the cjcpmun email. Any additional instructions will also be in the invoice. If you do not receive an invoice within that time frame, please email our secretariet and advisors and we will send one to you straight away. If you have any questions regarding tax forms or other finance issues, please email and we will put you in touch with our finance office. 

What should delegates wear? 

All delegates are required to wear western formal business attire throughout the duration of the competition. Appropriate attire includes the following articles: blazers, collared shirts, blouses, cardigans, skirts, slacks, flats, dress shoes, and pantsuits. 

What awards will be given to delegates?

After the final committee session, a closing ceremony will commence where the following committee-specific awards will be presented: Secretary General, Best Delegate, Most Improved, and Best Position Paper. 

What is the policy on technology? 

This is a no-electronic conference. Phones, computers, tablets, and other electronic devices will be prohibited. We encourage delegates to be well versed in their topic. All directives will be handwritten and submitted to staff to be typed up. 

Will there be food and snacks provided? 

Delegate fees will not only cover registration but lunch as well. If delegates wish to buy additional snacks, our staff will be selling them during lunchtime and between committee sessions.
